Our story

A father, a daughter, and one very good idea

Uptown Candy Shop opened in 2023 in Downtown Upland — a father and daughter who shared a sweet tooth and a pile of childhood memories, betting on the idea that the Inland Empire deserved a proper candy store.

Three shops later — plus a kiosk in Rancho and a gift shop — the plan hasn't changed: stock what people actually can't find nearby, keep the bins full, and treat everyone walking in like they're about to have the best part of their day.

Where are Uptown Candy Shop's locations?

We have four candy stores and one gift shop across the Inland Empire, California: Upland (237 N 2nd Ave — our flagship in Downtown Upland), Riverside (5225 Canyon Crest Dr, Suite 1, in Canyon Crest Towne Centre), Chino (16357 Main St #160, at Town Center at The Preserve) and a kiosk in Rancho Cucamonga (8443 Haven Ave). Uptown Gift Shop is four doors up from the candy shop at 241 N 2nd Ave, Upland.

Do you sell Swedish candy?

Yes — Swedish candy is what most people come in for. We keep a full pick-and-mix wall in store, which means you don't need to drive into Los Angeles to find it. You can also order Swedish candy online for delivery.

Do you have Dubai chocolate bars?

What are your opening hours?

Our stores are open Monday to Saturday, 11:00am–7:00pm, and Sunday 11:00am–6:00pm. The Rancho Cucamonga kiosk follows its centre's hours.

Absolutely. We put together candy tables, favour bags and candy bouquets for birthdays, baby showers, weddings and office parties — including colour matching to your theme. Message any store or email uptowncandyshop7@gmail.com with your date and headcount.
